About the studio

A maker’s studio for the Age of Intelligence.

Normandy Digital Marketing Solutions is a small, senior studio led by Brian Tresp — built on the belief that the best marketing comes from people who can both think it and make it.

Founder & Principal Creative

Brian Tresp

Brian is a classically trained painter and sculptor who followed his craft from wood and iron into pixels and code. Over a career that began before Google was a household name, he has designed and built web applications, CRM platforms, and supply-chain automation for Fortune 100 companies and government agencies — the kind of complex, high-stakes work that teaches you how systems really behave.

That combination — the artist’s eye and the engineer’s discipline — is what Normandy is built on. Brian leads strategy and creative on every engagement personally, so clients get senior judgment, not a junior handoff.

Outside the studio he’s a former competitive marathoner and nonprofit director, a youth baseball and soccer coach, and a husband and father who splits his time between Southern California and Wyoming.

How we’re built

Senior-led, production-ready, AI-native.

Senior-led

You work with the principal

Brian leads your account directly, supported by a trusted bench of specialists — editors, developers, and producers — brought in as the work demands. No layers, no telephone game.

Full-stack

We make what we recommend

Strategy is only worth as much as the work that ships from it. Normandy carries ideas all the way through to finished brands, sites, films, and campaigns.

AI-native

Rebuilt around modern tools

We’ve retooled the studio around AI — for research, production, and getting brands surfaced inside AI search — so you get sharper work, faster.

What we believe

Craft still wins.

Tools change — from oil paint to iron to AI — but the fundamentals don’t. Clear thinking, honest storytelling, and genuine craftsmanship still separate brands people remember from brands people scroll past. We use every modern advantage available, in service of work that’s built to last.

We also believe in doing business the right way: straight talk, fair terms, and treating a client’s budget like our own. It’s a standard rooted in the values we bring to everything we do.

Our original mark

Meet Greta.

Normandy’s first logo was a simple circular portrait of Greta, Brian’s dog. The studio has grown into an Age-of-Intelligence shop since, but we kept her around — a reminder that the best brands always have a little heart behind them.

Let’s build something worth remembering.

We take on a limited number of engagements so every one gets our full attention. If that sounds like the partner you’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
