The Project

Homestead is a restaurant and market located at the heart of South Cedros Ave. With exciting prospects on the horizon, Homestead came to us looking for a revamped, fresh design that would be a perfect fit to carry them into their new ventures.

We created new branding elements for Homestead, using their previous branding as a step stool. The new elements include a logo (keeping in mind its use on stickers, uniforms, jars, etc), menu design, business card design, and new website. As well as a new website, we are also taking care of their social media feed with fresh content tied to the new branding we created. We also set up mobile ordering for Homestead, with all new product photos taken by us as well.

The challenge

Rebranding a well-established business like Homestead presents its own set of challenges. Firstly, maintaining brand continuity while implementing fresh design elements can be tricky. It's important to strike the right balance between preserving elements that are recognizable to existing customers and introducing new elements that align with the restaurant's evolving identity. This will require careful consideration of the existing brand assets and a thoughtful approach to integrating the new design elements seamlessly.

Additionally, ensuring consistency across various touchpoints, such as stickers, uniforms, jars, and the website, can be a complex task. Each platform has its own set of design requirements, and making sure that the brand message is cohesive and impactful across all mediums will demand meticulous attention to detail. Moreover, the integration of mobile ordering and the creation of new product photos add an extra layer of complexity. Coordinating these aspects to align with the overall rebranding effort will be crucial for a successful transformation.

The Solution

To address the challenges of rebranding Homestead, our agency implemented a carefully curated approach. Firstly, we conducted a thorough brand audit to identify key elements that resonated with the existing customer base. This served as a foundation for the new design, ensuring a seamless transition while injecting a fresh and revitalized look. Our team worked diligently to create a comprehensive style guide that outlined how the brand elements should be applied across various platforms, from stickers and uniforms to the website and menu. By providing clear and detailed guidelines, we aimed to guarantee consistency and coherence in every customer interaction. Additionally, our expertise in graphic design, photography, and web design positioned us to produce high-quality visuals and content that reflected the redefined Homestead brand, enhancing its appeal to both loyal patrons and new audiences alike. The integration of mobile ordering and the creation of striking product photos were executed with precision to further elevate the overall brand experience.

The revitalized design elements seamlessly integrated with the existing brand, striking a harmonious balance between familiarity and freshness. The mobile ordering system has proven to be a game-changer, streamlining the customer journey and providing added convenience. The new product photos have effectively showcased Homestead's offerings, contributing to increased engagement and sales. Overall, the rebranding has reinvigorated the brand's presence, positioning Homestead as a dynamic and appealing destination on South Cedros Ave.
